All persons participating in the event are admitted subject to the following game rules. All trademarks and logos displayed on the website are the property of Clue Finders Ltd. You are not permitted to use these without a written consent of the company. The company collects and stores your personal details without disclosing it to any 3rd party and is dedicated to ensure that the privacy of your personal information is protected in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998. Each member of the team will participate in the event at their own risk. Clue Finders is not liable for any (personal or equipment) damages caused by not following the rules. If any of the game rules are broken, this will forfeit the game for the whole team, without a refund. The game uses CCTV. Due to the nature of the game no recordings can be taken inside the room. This includes the use of mobile phones, recording devices and cameras. The company expects visitors not to disclose any details of the game directly or indirectly to the public. The company may contact you from time to time with offers and promotions via email or phone. If you want to come off our mailing list please contact us on info@cluefinders.co.uk. The company doesn’t tolerate any kind of bullying or harassment towards its employees. At no point during the game should you use force to remove any of the items. You as the ticket holder will warn the rest of your team that you are booking for, that the activities contain an inherent risk. This is a live event game, and once the booking is confirmed, we cannot accept any cancellations, reschedules or give any refunds. If you are late for more than 30 minutes of the original starting time of your booking, the reservation becomes a no-show automatically and you will be refused entry. Any purchase on the website is only valid when processed by the company. You shall receive a confirmation once your booking is processed. If you wish to transfer your booking into someone else’s name, you must contact the company at least four hours prior to the start of your booking. The game has been designed for teams of 3-5 people per room only. Children under the age of 9 years old are not permitted to attend. Children between the ages of 10-17 years old have to be accompanied by at least 1 adult. The only way to make a booking is through cluefinders.co.uk PayPal is the only payment method. You don’t need a PayPal account for this; you can use a debt or credit card. The price of a game is stated on the website under the booking section. In case less people attending the event than it is booked for, the price difference will not be refunded. If more people attending the game than it is booked for (up to 5 persons a room) the price difference can be settled (in cash) upon arrival to the event. People under influence of alcohol or drugs will be turned away and their game stated as no-show. No drinks and food are not to be brought into the event. Video recording and photos will be taken during and at the end of the game. Video recording and photos may be stored on our server. Photos may be uploaded to social media sites.
